Oedipa Agency Ltd provides creative services including photography, content creation, art direction, campaign development, influencer marketing and digital services. Scope of work is defined in individual client agreements.
All creative work produced by Oedipa Agency remains the intellectual property of Oedipa Agency until full payment is received, at which point usage rights as defined in the project agreement are transferred to the client.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Oedipa Agency reserves the right to suspend work on any project where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
Oedipa Agency agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Oedipa Agency's liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
